Important Information:

This is a Formal Event dressing in formal attire (Suit and Tie/Bow Tie for men; Evening Gown or Dinner Dress for women).  We know all will keep in mind the principal found at 1Timothy 2:9.

The theme of this event is Fire & Ice – which means everyone attending must wear any of the colors that relate to Fire and/or Ice

(Red, Orange, gold, blue, white or silver). 

Please adhere strictly to the colors of Fire and Ice for your attire.

This is just an occasion for some wholesome association with our Brothers and sisters with keeping in line with the information we have from                                   WT 2006 3/1 pp 17-21;                              AWK December 2011 pp 25-28.

Proper supervision will be at the event at all times.

There will be activities in the form of games, decent music will be provided for dancing and a              Photo Booth will be available.

The evening will include:

Hors d’oeuvres/Appetizers, an elegant Main course followed by Dessert. 

Drinks will be provided. 

No alcoholic drinks will be served.
