You can choose suitable template to create mobile invitations online by providing event details and uploading photos. And then send to mobile phones for free. The free version will be expired 3 days after creation. You can pay online to upgrade to unlock the limitations and use the upgraded invitation for 1 year. 2. What is the limitation of the free version invitation? How long can I use the upgraded invitation?

  • Collect RSVP responses from at most 10 guests.
  • And only limited subpage function are supported in the free version.

4. How do I modify subpage labels, rearrange subpage order and hide and show subpages?

    
  1. In editing page, tap on any subpage label to open.
  2. Tap on the light yellow [Subpage setting] button.
  3. You can directly edit the text for subpage label, hold down the bidirectional arrow icon and drag up and down to rearrange subpage order, or tap on checkbox to toggle hide/show.
    
    
        

5. After paying to upgrade the invitation, can I still modify it for FREE?

    
Yes, after payment, you can modify the invitation unlimited in 90 days. If you still need to modify invitation after 90 days, you can pay to renew valid period for extra 90 days.
    
    
        

6. How do I send mobile phone invitations to guests?

    
Send free version invitation by:
  1. Go to My Invite page, click on free share button.
  2. Click on the share button to send invitations by listed social media. Or copy the Share URL to send to guest by any social media
Or send upgraded version by:
  • Open you invitation then click on share button under Share subpage to send by different social media.
  • Or copy the Share URL and send it to guests by any social media.
When pasting URL to WhatsApp's message box, please wait a few seconds for invitation title, description, and thumbnail image to generate before submitting     
    
    
        

7. How do I view the RSVP responses from my guests?

    
Go to My Invite page and click on [View] link beside your RSVP subpage title. Here you'll find a comprehensive report of your guests' responses. Also, a short message with RSVP report URL is sent to your mobile phone when you upgrade the invitation. You can open the link to check the report from a mobile phone.
    
    
        

8. How do I send SMS reminder messages to guests? Do I need to pay for the SMS?

    
Only deluxe version support SMS reminder function. There is no additional fee for this service. The messages content and sent time can be set under RSVP subpage in invitation editing page. And the reminder SMS is sent automatically to all mobile phone numbers submitted by your guests.
    
    
        

9. Can all mobile devices receive an invitation? Are iPads, tablets and computers supported?

10. Can recipients of the invitation forward it on to other people?

    
Yes, they can share it by clicking social media share button in the Share sub-page. Or send the invitation URL via Facebook, WhatsApp, Line, Email, Twitter, or send the link via SMS to mobile devices.
    
    
        

11. How do I add guest's name on the invitation cover page?

    
  1. The specify guest name function is only supported by upgraded version.
  2. After upgrading your invitation, visit website by computer browser.
  3. Go to [Account]>[My invitation], click [Add guest name} link on the right-hand side.
  4. Click on the [Specify guest name] button, edit guest name and then click OK to generate a new invitation URL and QR code.
  5. Scan the QR code or click on the social media sharing buttons to send the invitation with the guest's name on it.
  6. Repeat Step 2 to specify another guest's name.
    
    
        

12: What is QR code checkin ? How to use it in my event?

    
Imagine that you are about to welcome hundreds attendees to the receiption desk of your event. You need a efficient way find attendee's enroll information to get them registered as quickly as possible and maintain an wonderful event experience. OK, the QR code checkin function is right for you!
  1. Only upgraded version invitations support QR code checkin.
  2. To enable the function, You need to visit the invitation editing page by computer browser. Open RSVP subpage, find the checkbox of Enable QRcode Checkin on upper right corner under RSVP subpage tab
  3. Check the checkbox to enable the function. And take a note on the Verification Code shown below for use.
  4. When your guests submit RSVP replies to your invitation, an unique QR code is pop up in the RSVP sub-page bottom.
  5. Upon check in, guests show the QR code to reception staff.
  6. Reception staff scan the QR code with his mobile phone to view guest submitting information and then enter the [Verification code] to confirm the check-in.
  7. All guests check-in result are summarized in website backend's RSVP report (My account > My invitation).
It is recommended that you schedule a staff rehearsal to familiarize yourself with the check-in process before the event begins.
